Service Protocol

Dear patient, to improve your experience with us, we have created this protocol with the main guidelines and clarifications to recurring questions from patients in general.

We would like to emphasize that this part of the questionnaire will be made available via WhatsApp for your later verification, if necessary.

01. Target audience:

• We serve patients aged 5 to 65;

• Upon medical evaluation, it is possible to provide care to people close to you and/or members of the same family (parents, spouses, relatives), while maintaining medical confidentiality.

02. Service cost and payment methods:

The cost of each consultation (initial and follow-up) is R$700.00 (we do not work with health insurance plans or return/reconsultations; each consultation is unique, as it is also therapeutic).

As payment methods we have:

• PIX;

• Credit in cash or in up to 4 interest-free installments;

• If you have a health insurance plan, we suggest that you check the possibility of reimbursement (we issue an invoice).

• Payment must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure confirmation of your appointment in the system.

03. Duration:

• The first consultation is approximately 60 minutes and subsequent consultations are 45 minutes;

• Delays of up to 15 minutes are tolerated, with the end time of the consultation remaining unchanged;

• For in-person consultations, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes in advance;

• At the beginning of treatment, the frequency of appointments is generally higher. Immediately after the clinical condition has stabilized, a reassessment is carried out with the possibility of spacing out appointments, according to medical criteria.

04. Pre-service:

• After pre-scheduling the appointment, confirmation will only occur upon payment and sending proof of payment to the office's WhatsApp number;

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to communicate the need to reschedule an appointment that has already been paid for and confirmed;

• In case of non-attendance at the confirmed appointment, the refund will only occur for reasons of serious health problems (for example, hospital admission and surgeries).

05. Point of contact

• Dr. Ana provides the following email address: contato@draanacristinapsiquiatra.com.br exclusively for receiving patient communications. This creates a space where patients can send test results, testimonials, prescriptions for previous medications and general questions.

06. Physical/electronic prescriptions and medication:

• In consultations carried out via telemedicine, the electronic medical prescription will be sent to the patient, via the office's WhatsApp, within 24 hours;

• If you have any questions regarding the prescriptions and/or use of the medication, please contact us via WhatsApp.

07. Invoices:

• After payment for the consultation, both for reimbursement purposes by the health insurance plan and for income tax deduction, electronic invoices are generated;

• They are automatically forwarded to the email registered in our database, within 7 business days, after payment for the consultation (*this period is linked to the functionality of the Curitiba City Hall system);

• It is not possible to generate electronic invoices with a retroactive date.
