Debate on the importance of biodynamic agriculture for healthy nutrition.
In the live sessions of the partnership between Doctors for Life (MPV) and Aliança Medicina e Pedagogia Antroposófica (AMPA), we present the applications of Anthroposophy in various human activities, socializing the debate, its foundations and its practice.
The central theme of healthy nutrition and its intrinsic link with biodynamic agriculture is very important, being practiced from the field to the table, respecting the natural cycles of the earth, including composting, green manure and crop rotations.
The origin of food is the basis of health.
When organizing this live event, I invited Dr. Kátia Bertoluzzo, a physician, and Paulo Cabrera, a biodynamic farmer, both with a background in Anthroposophy. My goal was to show you the possibility of integrating Waldorf Education and Biodynamic Agriculture, in which children are invited from an early age to interact in this natural environment and experience rural activities, including healthy nutrition.
In practice, biodynamic agriculture respects the environment and the dynamic cycles of the earth, for example: composting cycles, green manure and crop rotations, aiming to produce healthier, more natural foods with high nutritional value for people.
I suggest you watch the recording of this live and feel motivated to improve your food choices, if necessary.
