The world is experiencing moments of great technical advances, and, curiously, a heartbreaking doubt, which causes anguish and brings questions that need to be answered: After all, are we evolving or regressing?
In fact, amidst changes in values and the disappearance of standards, there has been an increase in various types of physical and mental illnesses, which affect all age groups and do not spare social classes.
In this context of uncertainty, measures are needed that allow people to face adversity without succumbing to it. A safe path to this is self-knowledge. This is therefore a highly relevant requirement for the inevitable individual and collective journey of existence to have meaning.
By delving deeper into the search for self-knowledge, the individual becomes more able to overcome obstacles, develop self-awareness, and achieve self-development that allows him to act in peace and serenity in life.

Finding Balance in the Face of Chaos - Part I
Given the current scenario in which colossal forces composed of various sectors act: political, technological, environmental, economic, and which has brought concern, insecurity and perplexity to humanity, how can the individual maintain his physical and emotional balance?
In the struggle for power, it is in the interests of various ideological groups to obtain total social control. This is done through various means, such as lies, the euphemism for which fake news is used to accuse opponents: it is the old technique of accusing them of what you do. Instilling fear in the population is another technique frequently used, whether through diseases, climate disasters, not forgetting the recent pandemic episode.
But if society itself is a source of imbalance, how can we, as part of it, maintain balance?
